The experience and ability to provide advice across all jurisdictions holistically on specific aspects of formulating a transaction strategy, M&A approach and execution strategy, refinancing, fund raising strategy or providing holistic independent board advice (on M&A and financing products) to clients in an integrated manner is a differentiating aspect of the advice provided by JPS Global.
